Terms and Conditions

Wire jewellery is made with silver or gold plated wire unless otherwise stated. All jewellery is made with silver or gold plated fittings (earring wires, clasps and fasteners). Earrings can be ordered in sterling silver for an additional £1.50, please contact us via e-mail for more details.

Lengths are specified on Necklaces and Bracelets but can be made to order if you require a different length. Bespoke items generally cannot be made again. However we may be able to make something very similar, so if there is something you really like, then please email and ask.

Please note that "silver" and "gold" in jewellery descriptions refer only to the colour of the beads not the materials they are made from. Any items made with sterling silver will be described as such.

Prices and availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Customers should be aware that due to the nature of the internet and quality of photography, the colour of some items may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. Unfortunately this is unavoidable, but we are sure that customers will be pleased with the real thing.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit & debit card payments with a totally secure online facility courtesy of Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards ie. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo & Electron. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this facility, just follow the simply instructions online.

There may be small variations in size and colour of items. This is normal and is in the nature of the products.

Purchasing from Abroad
If you are shopping from outside the UK, please e-mail us first for the best delivery (shipping) prices.

Delivery
We will do our best to make sure you get your order as soon as possible, but please allow 7 -10 days for delivery. If there is likely to be a delay beyond this, then we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.

The delivery charge will be £3.50 per order which will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For larger orders over £35 we will send your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure adequate insurance is obtained should a parcel be lost or damaged in the postal system. Amore Jewellery will not be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit .

Refunds
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, but if not, then we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or full refund. Goods should be returned, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will only be given on items received back by us - we suggest that you use a form of recorded postage when returning items. All returns must be suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Commissioned items may not be returned unless they are faulty.

We regret that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to current ERU Hygiene Regulations.

If an item is damaged in transit, then please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Damaged items will have to be returned to us as above.

The cost of any return will have to be met by the customer. Returns must include any and all gift boxes and packaging sent with your jewellery.

Guarantee
Amore Jewellery guarantee that all products will perform as stated when used according to the instructions. All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us strictly within 14 days and you will receive a refund less the cost of postage and packaging.

Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so by email within 7 days of the date of your order. We will refund the full price of the item within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Please do not order unless you are sure you want the item.
